Dr. Mohammed Bawaji Receives International Leadership Award for HR  at the House of Lords

London / Pune | November 2025:  
Dr. Mohammed Bawaji, Managing Director of CP HR Services Pvt. Ltd., was presented with 
the International Leadership Award for HR at a ceremony held at the House of Lords, London, on November 3, 2025.

The award recognizes Dr. Bawaji’s outstanding contribution to Human Resource Management 
and his efforts in taking Indian HR thought leadership to an international platform.

On November 4, 2025, his book, *The PRISM-HR™ Playbook*, was launched at an event held 
on the University of Oxford Campus. The launch formed part of *The Next Economy Forum 2025*, 
a global conference organized by Brandvista Consulting in association with the 
International Academic and Management Association (IAMA). The forum brought together leaders 
from multiple industries to discuss the theme *“Shaping the Future of Inclusive, Sustainable and Digital Economies.”*

The book has been formally endorsed by Prof. (Dr.) Bikash Sharma, President – IAMA, 
who described it as “a moment of professional recognition for Indian HR leadership on a global stage.”

The PRISM-HR Playbook introduces the PRISM framework — People, Relationships, Innovation, Systems, and Measurement — 
a model designed to help organizations build cultures where people and performance grow together.

Speaking on the occasion, Dr. Bawaji said:

“This book represents more than a personal milestone. It celebrates the Indian HR philosophy 
on a global platform and shows how a people-centric approach can reshape how 
organizations think about growth, culture, and capability.”
